Mexican & American Advertisements difference with Mcdonalds






Mexico vs. American Advertisements

                 Advertising techniques that are used from both countries are different but in similar ways. Although it may be different the same goal is the same, which is to promote their produce and may consumers buy. The difference That both of these countries have is the location and the way people look at these advertisements. In this case not every country is the same because, in the advertisements, you can notice the differences instantaneously.
                 Here in the U.S., McDonald's Advertisements, are mainly stating that their food is 100% beef. Now if you do not know, McDonald's has been criticized and sued many times about its food, due to some factors,  and has tried to fight against it so that it wont loose money. So they try to proclaim there statements through ads so there can be less cases and less loss of money.  
                Another differences that advertisements have in the U.S. is that they are mostly directed towards the kids. Occasionally, there would be directed for adults as well by including "wifi" but mainly kids now look for that as well. Furthermore they add children and toys with fake emotions to show the children how joyful and fun McDonald's is. Basically it is attracting you kids and young adults since they no less about how bad it can be to you.

                Advertisements in Mexico are much more different in than from the ones in the U.S. mainly because they add more cultural value in it. Some parts of Mexico not many people but it because it is either to expensive or it is not an interest. The way they try to bring costumers in is by adding the culture of the people, in there advertisements. They will add many props to make the people feel like if they are at home or like if it is safe.
              In Mexico middle and southern part of mexico, not many buy McDonald's because it is either to expensive, there is little food given,or because there is many more restaurants or places where people are used to going. Overall the advertisements are not as successful as the ones here in the U.S. Another thing about the ads is that food advertisements are actually going to get banned from certain time to certain time because of the obesity there in Mexico.
              McDonald's advertisement's are plainly adding persuasive words to bring in the costumers to make them feel welcome. In there ads, McDonald's shows itself as one of the people. Surprisingly they hardly use the clown anymore. They use some other animation or just videotape people and show how "good" and "fun" it is.
